Karen Kingsbury Signs 10 Book Agreement with Simon & Schuster’s Howard Books
Howard Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, has announced in a news release that it has signed a multi-book agreement with Christian novelist Karen Kingsbury. She has 15 million books in print and is known as America’s favorite inspirational fiction writer. Kingsbury’s first book under the new agreement is scheduled to be published in late 2012.
Kingsbury said, “Simon & Schuster has shown a tremendous commitment to me, my reader friends and my fiction. I am thrilled to be working with such a talented team and the novels ahead will be some of my biggest and best ever.”
Mass market paperback editions of her books will be released by Pocket Books and Simon & Schuster Audio will produce audio editions.
She has written more than 50 novels, including the latest, Unlocked, released in October 2010, which landed at #3 on the New York Times Bestsellers List. Her last twelve novels have each spent multiple weeks in the top ten spots on the Times list.
